This paper has been developed by the Chief Executive Officer of The Institute for Regional Security to guide The Institute’s current research and dialogue work.
It seeks to ensure The Institute complements work by other think tanks and commentators researching security for the peoples of the Indo-Pacific – security understood to be an interconnected and multifaceted challenge and to include military, human, economic, and environmental security.
It also seeks to ensure that The Institute’s understanding of priorities for the Indo-Pacific is clear to other institutions and to policy researchers tackling those challenges and priorities, with whom The Institute might fruitfully collaborate.
