This Micro Learning Unit is part of the professional development work of The Institute for Regional Security.

 

The aims of this Unit are:

  1. Ensuring participant familiarity with the key concepts of ‘strategy’ and ‘strategic thinking’, and
  2. Nurturing a mindset for participant self-development as a strategic thinker.

 

 

Lessons 1 to 5 consist of a single short video clip. Before viewing the Unit Videos or completing Unit Readings, write down and retain your own definition of ‘strategy’.

A suggested approach to undertaking the Unit:

  1. View the video clips in Lessons 1-5.
  2. Complete the Readings.
  3. Complete the questions and exercises in the Final Quiz.
